A Queer Arcana: Art, Magic, and Spirit

This exhibition at the Palm Springs Art Museum explores how twentieth- and twenty-first-century LGBTQ+ artists have incorporated mystical traditions, esoteric knowledge, and magic into their creative practices. Featuring works by cross-generational artists including Devan Shimoyama, Agnes Pelton, and Cameron, the presentation highlights alternative spiritual systems as powerful tools for resilience, self-discovery, and social connection.
