City Pictures

Focusing on intricate details, this exhibition explores urban life through photography from the late nineteenth century to the present. On display at the Carnegie Museum of Art, the featured works celebrate a major gift of over 500 photographs from BNY, illustrating how the evolution of camera technology coincided with the growth of modern cities.
