Collected Centuries of art, saved and shared

This exhibition brings together over 40 fine art works and historic objects brought into public ownership through Arts Council England tax and donation initiatives. Displayed together at the National Gallery for the first time, the selection spans centuries of creative heritage and features pieces by Rembrandt, Renoir, Lucian Freud, and Pablo Picasso alongside decorative items such as historic vessels.
