Istanbul-based artist Gözde İlkin presents a new textile installation commissioned by Tate St Ives. Created using batik, wire, and embroidered motifs on vintage family bedsheets, her wave-like sculptures take inspiration from the Cornish coast and local social histories. The work incorporates contributions from local women to reflect on collective memory, community, and belonging.
