Artist Kate Mitchell presents a 20-metre moving-image installation on the large screen in the atrium of the Art Gallery of New South Wales. The looping digital text features hundreds of ink drawings made during daily meditations to capture seven distinct emotional states. Inspired by historical illuminated manuscripts, the visual scroll invites visitors to reflect on the fluid nature of human feeling.
