MIGUEL ÁNGEL ROJAS: The Night

The Museo Reina Sofía presents a survey of works by Miguel Ángel Rojas, highlighting his five-decade career examining Colombian social and political realities. The exhibition explores themes of identity, indigenous roots, and queer sexuality alongside the destruction caused by extractivism and drug trafficking. Featured pieces range from room-scale installations made with native soil to pop-inspired works incorporating coca leaves and bank notes.
