In his debut solo museum exhibition at the Walker Art Center, Olalekan Jeyifous presents a speculative archive inspired by the history of the Mississippi River. The installation features carved sculptures, milled-wood reliefs, video with sound, and woven elements to explore the complex relationships between human communities, industrial extraction, and aquatic ecosystems.
