The São Paulo Museum of Art features an installation by Peruvian artist Claudia Martínez Garay centered on the 18th-century Indigenous leader Túpac Amaru II. The exhibition presents a video combining historic film footage and 3D animations of the revolutionary's mythical regeneration alongside four polystyrene sculptures carved with details of his execution, creating a space dedicated to anti-colonial resistance.
